Can I just Google the answers and do it myself?

In fact, all the people that we’ve ever worked with are solid researchers, listening to all the podcasts, summits, youtube videos and the endless list of email subscriptions. You could totally figure it out yourself. However, in our experience without the support from a like-minded community and the accountability that we provide people tend to drop the ball when things get too hard, and then pick it up again a month or a year later, usually gaining even more weight in that time.
